This class will help participants explore how changing one’s attention and intention can result in qualitative and quantitative changes in their experience as massage therapists for themselves as well as their clients.  Using breath and guided imagery, we will add movement, exercises and a system of stretches called Makka Ho that will enhance client outcome, self care and awareness.

Alfred Lund who has been teaching massage, shiatsu, and Reiki classes since 1990. Mr. Lund has presented to the Maine chapter numerous times in the past and we are happy to welcome him back.
